Aviva B. Moore, Ed.D

Aviva B. Moore, Ed.D, was born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs as an energetic latch-key kid who spent most of her time out of the house burning off steam in the neighborhood and training regularly as a highly competitive athlete. Naturally independent and endlessly curious, Aviva grew up navigating the space between thoughtful rule-follower and boundary-tester: she was the first female wrestler in her school’s league; she applied, was accepted, and attended college at 16 years old without a high school degree; and she is a successful serial entrepreneur and intrapreneur. Currently, she is the owner and operator of Hall Pass Learning Solutions, a concierge educational marketplace.

 Aviva draws from a variety of trailblazing life experiences that reflect a rare level of courage and candor. She is a single mother to two daughters and freely acknowledges that parenting is one of the most humbling and rewarding experiences in life, and enjoys spending time with her family and their collective pack of dogs. She passionately believes in lifelong learning, choosing to dance daily and nurturing the stories of our lives —as there is always more to say, always Moore to Write.
